Cardiovascular disease hospitalization and emergency department (ED) visit annual rates are based on Connecticut Hospital Discharge Dataset and Connecticut annual population estimates. The following Excel workbooks include statistics for all cardiovascular diseases (total), heart disease, coronary heart disease, acute myocardial infarction (AMI), heart failure, and stroke.
